The stone is carved into a polished blooming rose set inside of a realistic hand wrought stem with various 3 dimensional leaves. Silver looks oxidized with darker sections for added stylization. Marked as sterling and tested positive as such via chemical testing. Horizontal sliding enclosure. Absolutely gorgeous and rare piece.
