Powersuit Core Belt trains your core by simultaneously targeting your abs, obliques, and back muscles*, which are important for maintaining your body line and posture.
Equipped with two modes,
it can also be used in conjunction with aerobic exercise and strength training.
Aim for an ideal body with a toned midsection and a sculpted back.
*Training of back muscles is limited to the lower portion.

Equipped with six Eledyne fabric electrodes that do not require gel sheets.
While the Abs featured in Naoya Inoue's commercials target only the rectus abdominis, the Core Belt targets not only the rectus abdominis but also the obliques, latissimus dorsi (lower), and erector spinae (lower) back muscles.
There are a total of six Eledyne electrodes: two in the front, two in the back, and one on each side.

Furthermore, while the Abs has one program, the Core Belt has two (20Hz mode and 4Hz mode).

20Hz Mode
(Approx. 23 minutes)
Trains muscles efficiently
at a frequency for intensive training.
4Hz Mode
(Approx. 30 minutes)
