This is the TILOS model from Orthofeet.
I purchased it in November of this year at an authorized retailer in Shinjuku.
I wore them for a 5-night, 6-day business trip, but they were a bit too wide for me, so I repurchased them in a standard width.
The lettering on the right insole is faded (it faded after only 6 days of wear).
