Sized as EU 56R on the interior tag, but fits true to a US 42R based on actual measurements below — please go by the measurements, not the tag size, when deciding on fit.  Trousers fit and measure true to a 36W, though the tag size does not reflect this — please go by the waist measurement below rather than the tag number.
