Moog Etherwave Theremin

This is the Moog Etherwave Theremin, arguably the most famous theremin in Japan.

This is a well-known, fully analog theremin using the heterodyne method. In addition to pitch and volume adjustment knobs, it also has knobs for waveform and brightness adjustment.
The serial number is in the high 20,000s, suggesting it is a relatively new unit.
The AC adapter is Japanese-made, with a 100-volt input, conforming to Japanese specifications.
This theremin can be used without worrying about grounding, but grounding it slightly expands the pitch range.
The body is made of wood and weighs approximately 2.3 kg (plus the AC adapter, which weighs about 0.4 kg).

Both pitch and tone sound perfectly fine and clear, and there are no major scratches on the exterior.
