Electro-Faustus EF102 Photo Theremin V.2

The EF102 Photo Theremin V.2 packs the unique tone of a theremin into a compact and modern design.
The pitch of the theremin can be varied using the optical sensor installed on the main unit.
By adding delay or reverb, you can also create more ethereal sounds.

The EF102's optical sensor uses a highly sensitive component.
The pitch changes depending on the amount of light hitting the sensor, so it may take a little practice at first to produce sound with a fixed pitch.
However, this high sensitivity allows you to raise and lower the pitch by moving or shaking the unit left and right, or create effects similar to vibrato.
The toggle switch switches between triangle and square waveforms.

Powered by a DC9V center-negative adapter.
Does not run on batteries.
