Embossed Rolling Pin Large Animal Bird Floral Cookie Folk Art Unbranded Wood

Unique large wooden embossed rolling pin featuring an assortment of carved animal, bird, floral, and nature-inspired motifs around the barrel. The cylindrical wood barrel is divided into decorative sections containing recessed designs that appear to include birds, small animals, flowers, leaves, and geometric details. When used with suitable dough, the carved barrel can create decorative raised impressions, while the unusual folk-art design also makes it an appealing piece of rustic kitchen décor. Finished with long turned wood handles on both ends for traditional rolling-pin functionality. This appears closely related to the smaller 14 carved rolling pin in the previous listing, making it especially interesting for collectors of decorative woodenware, folk art kitchen tools, embossed rolling pins, and rustic baking accessories. Maker, origin, and exact age are unknown.
