These are new, unused Mizuno Yuudou Me II walking shoes, released two years ago and still popular and currently sold.

Concept: Gently guides your walk. Shoes that are kind to your knees.

Packed with features that are gentle on the knees, these shoes have a wide fit (3E) and a side zipper for easy on and off.
The simple design and落ち着き (calm/subdued) color make them suitable for all ages and occasions.

After purchase, they were only tried on indoors and have been stored at home without ever being worn outside.
They are currently selling for around ¥13,000 - ¥14,000 on Amazon and Rakuten, so this is a great deal if you like them. The navy color appears to be almost sold out.
