This is a limited edition, not for sale item, issued in August 1991 to commemorate its opening. It was distributed to attendees of an international conference held in October 1991.
Extensive renovations were carried out in preparation for the APEC meeting in November 2022, and were completed in September 2022.
The current convention center appears to have changed from its appearance at the time of its opening.
These are valuable materials from the time of its opening.
