These black cargo shorts are made by Lee (Performance Series). They are the Extreme Motion Model. They have back flap hook & loop pockets and front hip slash pockets. On each thigh there is another flap pocket with a loop. **See picture** The right flap thigh pocket has an extra narrower pocket layered on top.
