1939-02: Newly built by Kisha Seizo Osaka, assigned to Nagoya Bureau, stationed at Inazawa Ward.
1939-11: Inazawa Ward → Kanazawa Ward → Inazawa Ward → Nogata Ward → Kagoshima Ward → Bungomori Ward.
1942-11: Bungomori Ward → Tajimi Ward → Bungomori Ward → Oita Ward.
1958-04: Pulled the Imperial train for the 9th National Tree Planting Festival in Oita Prefecture, attended by Their Majesties.
1960-03: Oita Ward → Oita Driving Center.
1960-10: Pulled the Imperial train for the 15th National Sports Festival in Kumamoto Prefecture, attended by Their Majesties.
1962-02: Installed a Kōkura (Kōkura style) deflector at Kōkura Factory.
1966-10: Reserve engine for the Imperial train for the 21st National Sports Festival in Oita Prefecture, attended by Their Majesties.
1972-06: Oita Driving Center → Shibushi Ward.
1974-12: Designated for Class 1 reserve, Shibushi Ward.
1975-02: Scrapped (Shibushi Ward). Total mileage: 2,115,042 km.
1975-03: Free loan agreement between the Kagoshima Railway Bureau Director and the Mayor of Shibushi Town.
2016-04: Continues to be preserved at Shibushi Railway Memorial Park with a roof, fence, and platform, receiving regular maintenance.
