Vintage‎ McCoy 1940s Figural Woman Cookie Jar Pottery Raised Cookies

Really nice condition for its age. There is some flaking of the cold paint, which is normal for cold painted pottery from the 1940s. There is a slight flea bite at the rim of her skirt underneath the word cookies. There is an interior rim chip. And there is some visible crisis around her. Please see detailed pictures. Vintage McCoy pottery figural cookie jar, circa 1940s, with raised Cookies lettering on the front and impressed McCoy mark on the underside. Displays beautifully with glossy cream glaze, hand-painted facial details, green trim, blue buttons, and red head covering. Condition is consistent with age and use. There is visible cold-paint loss on the head covering, face, and hands, plus crazing and age-related wear to the underside/base. Please review all photos closely. No major cracks noted from inspection, but sold as vintage/as found. A desirable early McCoy figural kitchen collectible and a great display piece for pottery or cookie jar collectors.
