This Ryukyu kasuri has a lovely crispness different from Oshima silk and an elegant sheen ♡
I love it, but I tend to wear other kimonos, so I have never used it myself.
The previous owner also seemed to have worn it very little, so it is almost like new.
The color is a gray tone that is easy to use in both spring and autumn. Perhaps due to the sheen, it seems to have a slight blue tint as well (❁´ω`❁)
It has a seam down the back (se-fuse) but no lining on the sides (isiki-ate).
It's also perfect for Wa-Yo Setsu (Japanese-Western fusion) style, so how about it for those who like unique kimonos with a strong character, like those from Kimono Sankaku or Sheila Cliff?
I have inspected it, and although there are no basting stitches, it is in a condition close to unused.
As it has been stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive.
