Description
NWT Children's Place Sleeveless party dress with a sparkling sequin top. Pleated plaid skirt with a decorative bow at the waist. Festive look for special occasions. This dress is a Girls Size 10/12 and measures 28 inches pit to pit; also 28 inches loose fitting waste and it measures 30 inches from the top of the dress to the bottom. It has a beautiful dark navy sequined top in front and cloth in back. The skirt is a beautiful plaid and it has a netting underskirt and and chiffon type also - so two layers under for added flair and fullness. This is a Children's Place brand and at the time one could purchase a separate Mommy dress to match, but I did not purchase that. This dress was intended for Christmas but ended up not being worn.
