Vollrath No 5 Cast Iron Skillet USA Vintage Restored Flat Bottom

Vintage Vollrath No. 5 cast iron skillet, made in the USA and dating to approximately the 1950s to 1960s. This unmarked piece is consistent with mid-century Vollrath production, identified by its classic handle shape and simple size marking.  This skillet has been restored using an electrolysis process to safely remove rust, buildup, and old seasoning without damaging the original iron. It has been lightly seasoned to protect the surface and is ready for you to build your own custom seasoning layer to match your cooking style. Many cast iron enthusiasts prefer this clean slate approach for optimal long term performance.  Features a smooth cooking surface with excellent heat retention, dual pour spouts, and a flat bottom design compatible with modern stovetops. Ideal for eggs, small batch cooking, sides, and everyday use.  Measures approximately 8” across top, approximately 10.5” total length with handle.  Gently used condition. Has minor wear that occurs naturally with use. These may include surface variation, casting marks, or minor pitting consistent with vintage cast iron. Please see all photos.
