Avon 1983 Bunny Mates Ceramic Salt Pepper Shakers White Pink Rabbit Flower Chip

Up for sale is a charming vintage pair of Avon Bunny Mates ceramic salt and pepper shakers from 1983 — a beloved set from Avon's extensive line of figural kitchen collectibles from the early 1980s. This delightful duo features two white ceramic bunnies with soft pink hand-painted ear accents, warm amber glass inset eyes, and pink noses. The taller bunny stands upright holding a pink flower with a yellow center, while the shorter bunny sits in a crouched position — and in a sweet design touch, the shorter bunny leans in as if sniffing the flower that the taller bunny is holding, making the pair interactive and charming when displayed together. The Avon Bunny Mates set was produced in Brazil in 1983 as part of Avon's highly popular line of hand-painted figural ceramic salt and pepper shakers, a category that generated dozens of beloved sets throughout the late 1970s and 1980s including seasonal, animal, food, and novelty themes. These sets are actively collected by Avon collectibles enthusiasts and vintage ceramic kitchenware collectors alike, and the bunny/rabbit theme makes this set equally appealing to Easter décor collectors and rabbit figurine enthusiasts. Please note: The shorter seated bunny shaker has a small chip on the nose area — clearly shown in the photos and reflected in the price. Both shakers are otherwise clean, intact, and fully functional with original stoppers in place. A sweet set with genuine vintage charm at a fair price for the condition.
