The book has a guide to buying meat, complete list of all CUTCO style knives, methods of cooking meat, pairings, and of course, lots of recipes.  This is a true classic and great reference guide.  The book is not in perfect, I would grade it fair.  There is a small crimp, on the top front, a small stain on the front, bottom left.  There are no markings, doodles, writing, missing or torn pages.  It measures 5 1/2 by 8 1/2.  This is not just a book of recipes, it is a guideline to understanding and preparing food, with a focus on meat and cutlery.    Buy with confidence, careful packaging and prompt shipping promised.
