GE Refrigerator CookBook 1927 Recipes and Menus General Electric Nice Vintage Condition.  Intact.  No Marks.  Some scuffing to Spine.  Limited Browning on pages.  This vintage cookbook, titled Electric Refrigerator Recipes and Menus, was specifically prepared for General Electric refrigerators and published between 1927 and 1929.  This edition is the 3rd printed in 1928.  The recipes were compiled by Miss Alice Bradley, Principal of Miss Farmer's School of  Cookery, Cooking Editor of Woman's Home Companion. It was Published by the General Electric Company in Cleveland, Ohio.  These cookbooks were often included with the purchase of a GE Monitor Top refrigerator to help transition households from iceboxes to electric refrigeration.  Content and Volume: It contains 144 pages featuring color illustrations, recipes tested for early electric refrigerators, and menu suggestions.  Depending on the edition and condition, these books are sought after by collectors of vintage kitchen memorabilia.  This one was stored inside and all pages are intact as well as the binding.  The Cover shows some marks, normal with storage and Age.  Pages are in Good Condition with some browning also due to age. This is a good Historical Find.  Sold as Is Smoke Free
