Love Karen Kirishima Nobuyoshi Araki Arraki Fuso-sha Photobook Art Fine Arts

Thank you for viewing.

This item is being offered for sale separately from one listed a few weeks ago, as I was able to acquire another copy.

[Product Condition]
The cover has some scuffing, and there is a slight stain on the top edge (see photo 6), but this is a first edition and the inside is in clean condition.
This is a photobook of Karen Kirishima shot by Araki.
While the perception of the photos themselves may vary from person to person, the work clearly demonstrates Araki's skill in capturing subjects with a neutral expression.
The black and white photography elevates fleeting moments (at the time, such shots were often taken with compact cameras on TV programs. For serious work, he also used Mamiya 67 format and handled still photography) into art. Although it is not a large-format book, it is a work that stands up to international photographers. Although shot in the early 90s, the content is still relevant today.
