It is a battery-operated novelty kitchen gadget designed to mix and froth chocolate syrup or cocoa powder directly inside a small cup. Brand new batteries are not included see pictures for more details.  How to Use the Hershey's Chocolate Drink MakerInsert Batteries: Open the battery compartment and insert the required batteries (typically 3 x 1.5V AA or equivalent, depending on exact model variation).Add Ingredients: Take one of the included small cups (or a similar bathroom-sized cup) and fill it roughly 3/4 full with cold milk, water, or your choice of liquid. Add your favorite Hershey's Syrup or cocoa mix.Position the Cup: Place the prepared cup securely onto the circular base platform of the machine.Mix the Drink: Pull down the large side lever handle to submerge the mixing frother wand directly into the liquid.
