Vintage 70s Victor Costa Lime Green cocktail dress rhinestone belt wiggle S/M

Beautifully tailored Summer Cocktail Dress * Romantica by Victor Costa * The dress is a delicate lime green, sleeveless, fitted * dress that is belted at the waist by a golden heavy threaded belt with different sized rhinestones stitched into it. It is intertwined with a rope belt in a matching green and a small bow at the side * the belt snaps along the back and hooks on the side * completely lined * metal zipper up the back * has hidden pockets on the skirt side seams * Very high quality workmanship and structurally in excellent condition! * I am unsure of the fabric, it has a luster to it and is slightly heavy and silky feeling although it is not silk * the dress needs to be cleaned, there are some small spots by the hem and one just below the waist in the back, all are small and I believe a dry cleaning will take care of them * the dress could be shortened to eliminate the spot issue if they didn't come out * dress has a scoop neck * there is no size but looks like a medium  measures laying flat  * 18 from armpit to armpit * waist 13 * hips 18.5 * length 37
