This is a tool used to hold gemstones up to a strong light source (such as a penlight) and observe how specific colors (red or blue) appear when filtered through.
This is a foldable Chelsea filter for gemstone appraisal.

Due to long-term storage, the white plastic body has yellowed slightly.
The lettering is also fading.
There are dirt and scratches. Please refer to the photos for the condition.
The filter lens part has no particularly noticeable scratches.
