Ant. Elgin Pocketwatch 15J #122027031 W/ GF Philadelphia Etched Case #8070586 NW

I have a antique Elgin Wind Up Pocketwatch for sale. Pocketwatch DOES not work from what I can see, as when you wind it it does not move. Watch front cover has scratches, and so does the Gold Filled Case as well as some rub marks (see photos). The serial number on the watch is # 12202731 and states that it is a Elgin Grade 313 National Watch 15 Jewel. Watch case is a Philadelphia Etched GF case #8070586.  Case does show signs of rubbing off in areas (see photos) and scratches as well, but is absolutely beautiful. This was my father's Pocketwatch which he had for years, and was part of his collection. Watch measures approximately 2.7 L x 2 W and weighs 3.2oz.   As stated, these pocketwatches were my father's so I tried to put as much information as I have for them.
