Description
【Overview】This is an ancient iron sword passed down at the Isonokami Jingu Shrine in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture. It is 74.8 cm in total length and has six branch blades, three on each side of the blade, arranged at different heights. An inlaid gold inscription is engraved on the blade. Designated a National Treasure in 1953 (Showa 28).

The dimensions are close to the actual item. The thickness is approximately 1.5 cm due to strength considerations. It is made of Japanese cherry wood, without any joints, and is a truly magnificent sword crafted from a single piece of wood. When you hold it, you can imagine actually holding the Seven-Branched Sword.

This is a model of the Seven-Branched Sword, a sacred treasure of Isonokami Jingu Shrine. It does not have the inscription.

As it is made of wood, there are scratches, so please check the images.

This product is made of Japanese cherry wood, which has higher hardness, toughness, and rigidity than cypress wood.
