Oscar de la Renta Vintage Silk Neck Ties Set of Two   Blue Paisley tie is made of a beautiful jacquard silk* where the cream-colored paisley print with red accents is woven into the fabric, as in the Oscar de la Renta signature. The floral tie is not a jacquard but rather a silk print.   *Neither of these ties has a tag indicating that they are silk. That said I did a quick fiber test and am rather confident they are silk.
