Quoted below:
These are lightweight wading boots ideal for river trekking. The upper is made of mesh fabric that allows water to drain easily, and is reinforced with resin parts to prevent lateral instability. The ankle area uses soft and highly fitting ClimaPrene®, which does not hinder ankle movement during river ascent and allows for smooth on and off. It also helps prevent sand and small pebbles from entering. The outsole uses durable polypropylene felt.
