Higashiyamado Black Lacquered Nara Bokuto (Wooden Sword) - Set of 2 Isu Bokuto
19.80 $
Description
This is a black bokken purchased in Kyoto's Higashiyama district.
I fell in love with it at first sight because black looks cool, but it was too heavy for me. I swung it a few times, but it's been stored at home ever since.
The handle was wrapped from the beginning.
It serves as a non-slip grip.
There is some deterioration on the wrapping.
Please judge from the photos.
Made from domestic wood, lacquered black oak.
