This is a Heianjo tsuba with a comfortable medium size. As inlay work requires good condition, I checked with a loupe and found only very small chips, with no significant breaks or missing pieces. While many Heianjo tsubas are large, this one has a perfectly balanced and tight feel, making it a great tsuba.
