Vintage Kelly Green Bermuda Bag w Extra Cover

This Vintage Bermuda Bag was a quintessential preppy fashion staple from the 1960s through the 1980s and is shown here with a beautiful Kelly Green canvas cover with a strawberry motif plus an extra interchangeable and reversible cover in a mini purplish-pink stripe pattern with floral embroidery on the front and back. The reverse side features a plain white background with the mini-stripe print highlighting the top portion. Bermuda Bags are known for having interchangeable covers … and sometimes reversible covers … that button or snap on and off. This Bermuda bag features a distinct, rounded cutout handle crafted from polished wood. The fabric covers attach directly to the wooden frame using a row of four pearlized buttons. This allows owners to coordinate their purse with different outfits by swapping out the exterior patterns. Lightweight and easy to carry for casual outings.
