Description
Antique MZ Austria Pink Rose Ramekin Custard Cup Underplate Gold Scalloped Antique M.Z. Austria porcelain ramekin or custard cup with matching underplate, dating to approximately 1884–1909 based on the green double-headed eagle backstamp. The handleless bowl has a deep round form with a wide scalloped rim, confirming it as a ramekin/custard cup rather than a teacup. Both pieces feature molded relief, soft pink rose sprays, pale green and yellow shading, and worn gold edging. A lovely surviving piece of late Victorian to Edwardian tableware for display or an antique china collection. The ramekin is unmarked; the underplate is marked M.Z. Austria. Includes one ramekin/custard cup and one matching underplate. Display photos may be enhanced using AI.
