【Hand-Signed】Naohisa Inoue Portrait Laputa: Gathering Multilayered Sea Ibarard
This is a work (portrait/print) by Naohisa Inoue, an artist known for his background art in the Studio Ghibli film Whisper of the Heart and as the original creator of The Day I Bought a Star, which is screened at the Ghibli Museum, Mitaka.
It features a precious, hand-written signature from Naohisa Inoue himself.
I received the signature when I purchased it at Naohisa Inoue's solo exhibition in 2018.
■Artwork Title: Laputa: Gathering Multilayered Sea (2013)
■Size: Approx. 100x65 (as indicated at the bottom right of the artwork)
■Condition: Kept carefully since purchase, but it is a home storage item.
The beautiful and fantastical landscapes of Ibarard, the imaginary world depicted by Naohisa Inoue, are expressed in soft colors.
We hope to pass this on to Ghibli fans or those who collect Naohisa Inoue's works.
