Iai Sword Replica (Higo Style) ~ Uchigatana ~

This item was previously purchased at a sword specialty store in Taito Ward, Tokyo. m(_ _)m

It was used for iaido practice for a very short period.
It is a very easy-to-handle sword.

● Overall length = approx. 102.0 cm
● Blade length = approx. 72.5 cm
● Temper line = Straight temper
● Blade = Sand-cast, super hard and lightweight zinc alloy
　　　　・Chrome plated finish
● Weight = approx. 1270.2g
● Weight without saya = approx. 994.5g
● Tsuba (hand guard) = Iron, sea cucumber (namako) openwork
● Handle length = approx. 25.0 cm
● Handle material = Magnolia wood
● Handle wrap = Pure silk, black, twisted wrap
● Samegawa (rayskin) = White lacquered, genuine rayskin
● Saya (scabbard) finish = Black lacquer
● Kurikata (knob) = Gold color with shitodome (ornamental stopper)
● Sageo (cord) = Pure silk, ronin knot

The saya has some signs of use, but in my opinion, it is not something to be overly concerned about.
Regarding the blade, there are almost no nicks, chips, plating peeling, or linear scratches, and I believe it is in good condition. m(_ _)m
