This is the Vivie OwlMighty II bass preamp, which is now a discontinued product.
I purchased it new about 4 years ago.
It is very easy to use and I have used it as my main unit for live performances for many years, but I am selling it due to equipment consolidation.
There is some paint peeling on the sides, but the operation is fine.

Main Features
- EQ Section
Simply by turning it on, it enriches the sound, making it feel like an upgrade to the bass while retaining its original character.
TREBLE: Changed for a more natural effect.
MID: Adjusted to be more aggressive.
BASS: Changed to a point where presence increases without excessive low frequencies.

- Comp Section
Based on the technology cultivated in the development of Vivie's bass compressor, Fenne Comp, it has been readjusted to provide easy-to-use and natural compression with a single knob.
An internal dip switch has been added, allowing you to switch whether to apply compression to the drive channel or only when DRIVE is ON.
This mechanism solves the problem of the attack being crushed and distortion not being applied when deep compression is applied, and by cutting the compression on the DRIVE channel, it becomes even more noise-free!

- Drive Section
The controls have been newly redesigned, and the Gain, Tone, and Blend controls allow for a wide range of sound creation.
Fine-grained drive sound that matches modern sound design.
Unlike typical drive pedals, it does not overemphasize high frequencies or bloat low frequencies, providing a tone that is easy to use in a band ensemble.
High-quality overdrive/distortion sound that goes beyond the scope of a 2-in-1 drive pedal.
