Description

Items from clearing out my parents' home

I don't believe there are any defects, but I'm not entirely sure how to use them.

I've tried manipulating the tripod in various ways, and it seems to move smoothly.

The binoculars: I can see with the smaller ones, but I'm not sure about the larger black ones.

Although not pictured, there are some wires and a small machine-like object.
It looks like a timer.
I have no idea about these items, so I may not be able to answer your questions. Please understand.
