VTG 1969 “Belly Robber” EMPTY DECANTER

This is a vintage 1969 Lionstone Whisky Belly Robber (Camp Cook) porcelain character decanter. It belongs to Lionstone Distilleries' highly collectible Old West / Bitterroot series, detailed, hand-painted figures. The figure portrays a rugged, mustachioed Western camp cook, often colloquially termed a Belly Robber—wearing a wide-brimmed cowboy hat, a green shirt with suspenders, a long stained white apron, and a red neck kerchief. He stands beside a wooden barrel containing food.The figure acts as a functional bottle where the head serves as the removable stopper. The base features a prominent text label reading Lionstone Whisky, Kentucky Straight Bourbon indicating it originally held 4/5 quart of 86-proof, 8-year-old bourbon.Produced for Lionstone Distilleries, Ltd. in 1969, the porcelain containers themselves were expertly crafted in Japan before being filled and labeled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.It is shown alongside its custom-molded, original Styrofoam protective   Very Good Vintage Condition: Original Cork, Styrofoam Container has tape etc, Original Tear tax Stamp. I don’t see any cracks, chips or paint wear. Has original dust 😂, I don’t like to clean these vintage pieces although they can be cleaned easily.
